[alfa] Austalian Alfa Digest

Thanks to all the aussies who have e-mailed me.
My idea is not to create another digest but to simply obtain a list of
Australian Alfa Email contacts and share that list with other Aussie digest
users. I will put a list into word format and post it on the digest.
