[alfa] Spider Steering Box

Does anybody know of a source for a new steering box for a 1987 Spider?  Or 
even a rebuild kit?  Everywhere I call they tell me that I have to install a 
used one which is really terrible!  I installed a used one about 8 months 
ago and it has now gotten so sloppy that it is hard to maintain lane on the 
road. (yes, every other single suspension bit has been checked, re-checked 
and replaced).

There has to be a source for these somewhere?!?  Or a source for rebuild 
kits?!?  This is a truly vital component of the car!!!!

It's a shame that the steering box is such a weak link.  And when the Quad 
came out I think that the oversized wheels just taxed it too much which is 
I'm sure what led to the introduction of power steering on the series 4 
cars.
