Rich,

Perhaps a 1900 Sport Spider?  Of my various Alfa books only one had a
picture close enough but unfortunately it was a side view.  I could
speculate that it has an Alfa drivetrain and custom one-off body.  The nose
looks very early Ferrari but with the Alfa badge, it's a really tough call.
