I'll second that opinion from Otto Schug re John Norman's customer care.  When
we had our 24V LS, John was the only place in the US where I found ALL three
hoses needed for the heater core R&R (plus the core).  Both Ruth and John are
extremely helpful and knowledgeable on Alfas.  And to boot, they're just nice
folks.  He keep lots more stuff in stock than the beautiful website portrays.
