[alfa] Dam 24V engine

Well it looks as if the doomsday prophets were correct. On visual inspection
the 164 has decided to jump a tooth on the cam pulley. Oh well it could be
worse it could have crapped its self at 6000rpm. "I must be positive, I must
be positive".
I will order a set of cam dies (I have found somewhere in Australia) and
verify the timing. Does anyone know if I can degrees the front (side) of the
engine without effecting the cam belt. In other words is there a cleaner that
will not harm the rubber belt i.e.:citrus spray.
