[alfa] Is this the right place to ask questions regarding a 1999 Alfa GTV Twin Spark?

Hi,
If not, where?
If it is the right place, then:
What is the minimum allowed thickness of the front discs?
How do you get the air bag warning light to go out? Its been set once
already by the dealer and then turned itself on again for no apparent
reason.
Can the battery be disconnected? (The wife's 147 has pages of warnings in
the owner's manual about this.)
Is it safe to mig-weld on the car body or will all the computers explode?
Is there any special method for bleeding the brake fluid?
How do you stop the wind noise from the driver's side window. (I see that
the window frame rails are adjustable at the lower ends. Anyone BTDT?)
