[alfa] Degree Tape

In AD V9 #1064 George Schweikle expressed interest in a low cost 
alternative to a fully degreed front pulley for $200.  Gil Gagne 
suggested using a fabric tap measure glued to the damper, and using a 
calculator to convert inches to degrees.

I have an alternate solution which is degree tape.  Visualize a printed 
tape which is set up to attach to the crankshaft damper and read out 
directly in degrees.  Speed shops generally stock such tape for  SBC 
(Small Block Chevy) and other domestic V8 engines.  Of course, the 
diameter and tape length is all wrong for Alfa engines.

I managed to create a degree tape of sorts which I have used 
successfully on my Alfetta.  I have a number of copies of this tape 
laying around someplace.
