[alfa] Alfetta question

Hi all,

 

I recently removed my Alfetta's (1983 sedan) door panels and noticed that a
few plastic clips were missing. My local Alfa dealer told me that they were
no longer available. Does anyone know if the clips from a more recent Alfa
will fit? Say, 75/Milano or 164? For that matter any brand will do.
