[alfa] RE: Milano electrical woes

It turns out that my dead dash and non-starting problem was a 'sticky' relay.
Specifically, relay I35 in the wiring diagram, the main power supply relay.
The ignition switch activates this relay which in turn sends power out to the
rest of the systems.

After taking it apart and wiggling it around it now works, but I don't trust
it now, so I'll be ordering a new one.
