RE: Subject: [alfa] Poor quality 105/115 sway bar end link bushings
Whenever a suspension bushing is installed, you want to make sure that any
of the bolts that go through the bushing are tightened while the suspension
is loaded in its normal position. Otherwise, the bushing(s) will be stressed
and will fail prematurely.
By clocked, Nick means that the links are installed on the sway bar (since
these are pressed on) in the proper position such that when the sway bar is
installed, and the weight of the car is on the suspension, that the bushings
are sitting in a relaxed state.

The bushing we buy are from Akron/Malo the original supplier to Alfa. We
have not heard of any problems with these bushing. Are you sure the links
are clocked correctly on the sway bar?
