[alfa] RE: Shankle fuel line restriction/Dellorto parts
Bill,
I have this same setup on my '78 Spider. Mine does not have a
restrictor. I think if you connect it like mine is, you won't
need a restrictor. The carbs will "feel" the pressure needed
to push the gas through the return line, and to make that 90
degree turn.

return
The carbs only need 1.5 - 3.0 psi, I believe.

Subject: [alfa] Shankle fuel line restriction/Dellorto parts
The T fitting provides a return path back to the gas tank. It
stands to reason that there should be some restriction in the return line so
that some pressure is available at the input of the pressure regulator. I
plan to drill a small piece of brass rod to put in the fuel return line and
act as a restrictor.
