[alfa] rebuild supply questions

I need to get serious on my 164S rebuild, and it's time to order 
supplies.   I need a complete gasket set, bearings, and piston rings.

Any recommendations for a supplier with the best parts/prices?  I'd like 
to avoid anyone supplying second rate head gaskets and the like.   I 
know this topic has been kicked around recently, but I'm not exactly who 
is supplying what anymore.
