[alfa] buying donated cars

Hi Chris,

I used to work for a car museum in Boston that accepted donations, but to 
the best of my knowledge, the donor could claim a tax deduction based on 
either market value of the car, or on the value as determined by an 
appraiser.

I don't believe the buyers received any sort of tax deduction - if anything, 
they had to pay sales tax on the purchase.
