Be sure to REALLY check the fuses. Fuse # 5 or 6 are frequent culprits. 
Pull them out, check carefully, clean the contacts, replace them. You can 
also rotate them in their holders - believe me! - these fuses are a real 
pain and frequently raise havoc. It is a good idea to frequently spray the 
fuse holders with a good electrical contact cleaner, available at any Radio 
Shack.
