[alfa] That crank pulley issue

Lots of discussion recently about the crank pulley and the amount of torque
required etc. 

I just called Alfa Parts to order a new tab washer for the pulley-nut. They
tell me it's now No Longer Available and the advice is to "use Loctite". 

So seeing as a) I don't want the nut to come off in use but b)I might want to
take it off one day (like maybe 3 hours later if I screw something up as
someone pointed out) - what loctite do I use - red or blue? or none at all? Is
blue strong enough - is red too strong? I just don't have feel for it in these
larger threads.
