[alfa] Dial Indicators & TDC

Don, the use of a dial indicator to initially index the timing pointer to TDC 
is essential to tuning any Alfa "that has been around the block more than a 
few times."  Just changing the water pump will cause misalignment, or prying 
off/on a belt, or any other ham fisted meddling in the area of the pointer can 
cause it to be bent.  I find misalignment on nearly every 4 cylinder car I come 
across for tuning.
