Yes, it is indeed a Chrysler radio in the US market 91-93 164. However, the Chrysler radio has mounting tabs on the front (invisible when installed), the Alfa one doesn't. IMO a Chrysler in dash AM/FM/CD or AM/FM/cass/CD unit is the most esthetic way to get CD capability in a 91-93 164. I myself got a Chrysler AM/FM/CD unit, but it required extensive modification to the radio and minor modification to the console (invisible when the radio is mounted).
