I put the Axxis Metal Master pads on my '84 Spider, along with the no-name 
"straight from Italy" slotted and drilled rotors that IAP sells. I love 'em. 
Never having had "performance" brake parts before, I was concerned that they 
might be too aggressive and launch me through the windshield. In fact, 
they're very predictable, with a sure, solid feel. I don't do any racing, 
just spirited driving. FWIW, the rotors are made by an Italian aftermarket 
company called Costruzione Autoricambi (C.A.R.)
