[alfa] RE: Trunk cable

Remove the pull handle escutcheon and grasp the cable housing with a pair of
pliers. Crush the inner cable and pull the housing to release the trunk.
Alternately, you can trim the wirewound, plastic covered outer housing back
to access the cable inside and attach a pair of vise-grip pliers to function
as a temporary pull.
