Bill,
You'll love this, it fooled me too. The lower seals sit in a separate "holder" cup, but the two pieces look like one big seal when pulled off the injector. The old seals (same size as the ones you got in the mail) pull out of your cups and you put the new ones in. Hopefully you didn't already throw away the cups. The cups get installed with the seal facing the injector, not the intake.
