[alfa] Top Side Cables 2nd Try

Since I took the top off my car about 3 years ago I can't remember what
was used to attach the side cables to the top bow. The manual I got from
Centerline is a copy of the factory manual, and quite frankly the photos
suck and there is no specific mention of the fastener type used. The
loops in the cables IAP sent me are pretty big, so I don't think a rivet
is going to do it. Can somebody fill me in on what I need to use, and
exactly the installation proceedure. Some up close photos would be nice too.
