[alfa] 2003, 2004, 2005, 2007 ...

I sense another slippage of the 2007 return date, but at least there remains
some acknowledgment that a full line is appropriate.

1. Sep. 9. From:

"Regarding its new entrance in the U.S. market, [head of Alfa within the Fiat
Group, Daniele] Bandiera admitted that the initial program needs to be
re-examined and that they must enter with a complete range on that market.
However, those products will be marketed in Europe starting in 2005. Alfa
could debut in the U.S. no earlier than 2007."

2. Sep. 8. From: http://www.autonews.com/news.cms?newsId=6339
"[GM Chairman Rick] Wagoner said there were few areas where GM and Fiat would
cooperate in sales and marketing and said plans to sell Fiat's Alfa Romeo
brand in the United States were 'on the back burner.'"
