Not only should the suspension be bounced several times prior to tightening
the bolts, but it is imperative that the bolts be tightened with the weight
of the car on the suspension. Otherwise the bushings will be 'torqued' when
the suspension is loaded which could cause strange handling, and will most
certainly cause the bushings to fail prematurely.
