Scott - try Alfa.  these parts are available from Alfa - and are 
ridiculously cheap - like in the $10 range.  I would think Spruell or Alfa 
Parts would have them.
sometimes availability is spotty.  if you can't find anything - presuming 
you still have the ends, any competent mechanic can bend and flare the 
lines for you.
