164 LS Dug's opinion

While I have a friend with a 94 LS, I only recommended it because it was 
priced very right and maintained very well for it's previous 8 years.

To me, the LS is a very nice car, spoiled by too low a sales volume for 
spares inventory and too many gizmos trying to break at the same time. 
Parts are tough, few interchange with 12V cars, and the timing belt issues 
are not excusable.

Other than that, the cosmetics are stunning, fit and finish much higher 
level and aside from higher maintenance issues, a nicer car when the 
termites are holding hands. Give me the same car with a twin spark and it 
would run forever.
