Removing rusty piston liners

Trying to remove rusted/corroded liners from a 2 litre block.  Two and three
are out but the rest are proving stubborn.  Anyone have any tricks/techniques
to share?  Crank and front cover are out.   Right now I am hoping that
penetrating oil will get through overnight (but that usually doesn't work for
me).
