Hi Brad:

CarFax won't give you the specific info you're looking for, but many 
law-enforcement types should be able to.  I had a car parked on my property 
once, and I called the local (in Florida)  Sheriff's office and they gave 
me the registration info, and the security guards in the ER I worked in had 
a number they could call that would provide them with the same info, via an 
automated service.  Try asking a local cop, offer the real explanation 
behind your search, and maybe you'll get some help.
