After sitting for a month, my car starts on 1st crank and will not go into any gear without grinding.  Also tried to start while in 1st with clutch fully depressed and clutch still engaged.  After warming up engine in neutral for about 10 minutes, clutch is back to normal operation.  Any thoughts on what I may need to repair?  Thanks, Bob upstate New York
