Alfa 33 Overheating

Hi all,

My 33 has started overheating. I have had the radiator overhauled and
thermostat changed. Problem persists.
The fan seems to be starting later than usual. ie 100 deg whereas it used to
kick in at about 85 deg. Does anyone know why the fan could be starting later
and also how i could check flow of coolant??

Any help offered would be appreciated
