cam timing

I just switched to 10548 cams.  My old 1750 cams were at 102 degrees.  THe new cams call for 99 degrees.  If my recolection is correct I will need to  rotate the intake cam clockwise 2 adjustment holes, and rotate the exhaust counterclockwise 2 adjustment holes.  Is this correct?
