Autodelta USA update??

I heard an unconfirmed rumour that the Autodelta crowd in Texas has come into 
some trouble. It seems perhaps that the cars that they have delivered to 
customers thus far have recently been confiscated by the FBI. Apparently the 
certification paperwork wasn't completed or something. As the wheel turns....
