Re water leaks to footwell

Louis, there are two drain hoses for the windshield washer mechanism area under the cowling ( sorry for incorrect terms). One on the pass side, and one on the drivers side. The hoses go under the dash, and take a 90 degree turn then head out through a hole in the fire wall, then another turn and end in the wheel well. I suspect that this hose is cracked near the 90 degree turn , and water is leaking to the floor. The hose is held at the top by a clamp, and can be removed if you can get up there.
