You didn't say how many miles are on the car, but have you checked the
suspension for either badly worn or broken parts? No knowing the BMW front
suspension with badly worn parts, i.e. bushing etc. may be causing this
problem. The other thing to check since is has ABS is that the sensors are
working and set correctly.
