Buying a GTV 1996 model

Dear list,

I am off to view a GTV 1996 model tomorrow with the view to purchase.

I have been advised that the drive shaft universal joint needs replacing. Is
this likely to be a costly fix? The cam belt has recently been changed which
is good ... are there any other things I should look out for?

Also being new to the Alfa scene any recommendations of alpha specialists for
servicing etc in the Nottingham (East Midlands) area would be appreciated.
