I agree with Bill that the compliance of urethane bushings varies based on the compound used. I purchased urethane caster bushings from International a while back and was surprised how much "give" they have. I doubt they are any stiffer than the rubber ones that were replaced. It is interesting that I just had a conversation with Centerline regarding trailing arm bushings. They recommended staying with the stock rubber bushings, even though they also sell urethane. The reason they cited was that the urethane isn't significantly stiffer but can be a pain to keep lubricated. I'm sure these comments do nothing to "solve" the issue.
