Caribou seat upholstery

Hello All,

Does anyone have any experience with Caribou's seat
upholstery? Good/Bad comments welcome...I'm looking to
replace the covers for my 88 Spider Graduate...I've
been trying to reach the company, yesterday afternoon
but all I got was a constant busy signal, today no
answer for the last 1/2 hour (hummm...red flags go up
already)...
