How to make a Berlina more fun and lots faster for free

Take off the exhaust.  I was troubleshooting a vibration in the
exhaust/driveline yesterday of one of my 73 Berlinas, and at one point
removed the whole exhaust behind the first muffler and drove around some.
Dang it's loud that way, even with that front resonator in place.  But it
sounds kinda nice, if you can stand the volume, just like a GTA ;-)
especially as it hits the raspy range around 2200-2500 rpm.   Sure turns
heads too, and not necessarily in a good way.  Hey, now I know what it's
like to ride a Harley.
