Proper RedLine Oils for Transmission & Differential

Sorry if I'm repeating what is in a FAQ somewhere, but
I couldn't find a previous answer, so here goes:

I need to change the oil in both the transmission and
the differential of my 1972 Spider.  It appears that
RedLine oils are mentioned most often.  So, should it
be RedLine MTL or RedLine 75W90NS in the transmission?
 And which is the correct choice for the differential:
RedLine 75W90 or 75W90NS?

Or if you have some other choices that have been
successful for you, would you please share them?
