Us Milano - Front License Bracket?
I've had my Verde since 1990 - I bought it without a front plate or any
hardware on the bumper to mount a plate. After 13 years I finally got a
ticket ( while parked in Palo Alto, of course) for no front plate. So I've
got to cook something up and clear this with the DMV.
My car has no hardware on the front for a plate - it has three holes in
the bumper cover- the
upper two are not spaced for a US plate, and the lower one is in the
middle. It looks to me that some bracket likely mounted to these, and the
plate hung on the bracket. Does any US Milano owner have anything like
this? I'm not interested in punching holes in the bumper cover and
screwing the plate on.
If anybody can confirm such a bracket exists - and could sketch the
dimensions, etc. I appreciate it. If anybody has an extra one, I'm
thrilled to buy it. Otherwise, if I can't buy one, I'll have to fabricate
something.
Thanks, reply to jdfox@domain.elided
