Hi Jeff,
Assuming you're willing to accept used stuff, what about alfa parts exchange 
out in Tracy, CA (http://www.apedirect.com)?
Also, some things were probably shared between cars if you want new stuff - 
I think the side lights are common to many Italian cars, as are the door 
handles. And I think the front turn signal lenses are the same as those on 
Ferrari 308s, or some other late 70s Italian exotic.
