these bushings are in one piece (not a 2 piece top hat/cotton reel design) - 
a big piece!  they do go in w/ a little struggle, but not too bad.  as mark 
said, the material is naturally fairly slippery, and the lube of course is 
indispensable.  the threaded rod approach works remarkably well - or a press 
if you have the triangle out of the car.   lots of lube, bushing first, lots 
of lube & inner crush tube second.
from what i have heard about the SZ swivel part - seems to be some variation 
on the dimensions of the supplied outer spacer/ring/adapter whatever you call 
it.  sometimes, needs to be machined to get the durned thing to fit.  have 
never done it, but have spoken to some who have.  Peter's experience is not 
unique.
