well, stock 185-70-14 would have nominal diameter of 24.1969".  unless i 
knew at which speed the 10mph error was occuring, or whether the error 
is too high, or too low, i really dunno what tire size would be causing 
it.  but, if, for example, ya had a 185-60-14, the diameter would be 
22.7402", meaning at an indicated 70mph, ya would be going ~65.79mph... 
that would be *almost* a 10mph error...  if the speedo were reading 
~145!  :>)
