I have the the only solution to yours and everyone else's problem...  Tell 
the government of California and every other government who won't leave 
individual car owners alone to back off...  This is not an over reaction... 
(maybe a little, long weekend)  I know and so does anyone else with sense 
and eyes open that there are many, many, many more important polluters than 
us poor car owners, how about trucks, trains, factories, power plants, pig 
and cattle farms (eat less flesh), etc, etc...

When all the "money" in this country gets hit as hard and as often as the 
little guy, perhaps then I'll take my responsibility to clean up my car 
seriously... Until then..Kiss My*&^)%$ California..With your cameras, 
tailpipe sniffer, and all your other intrusive crap you use in the name of 
protecting me and my environment.. At what cost???  I don't know, but it 
won't be my liberty...Back off Big Government..
