I had the other rubber replaced but I
still get a lot of wind noise at 80mph+ from the top rear corner of the
driver's side door. when i put my fingers against the top in certain spots
i can tell that there is wind coming through.

Have you had your door adjusted?
My 164 LS had really annoying wind noise, and my service specialist,
attempted to adjust the door at the striker plate; but there was still
give when closed (pushing on the door showed movement of the door closer
to the body / door frame. He then gently; but physically bent the top of
the door frame to take up the slack. Bingo noise is gone!
Could be your seal; but might just be need for door adjustment.
