That sounds pretty ridiculous if for no other reason than the fact that not 
all cars weigh the same, so it doesn't exactly cost "a certain amount to 
drive on the road per vehicle."  But I think Tim needs to look up communism 
in the dictionary.  I don't think that eliminating freedom of religion has 
anything to do with it, unless your name happens to be Joseph Stalin (but I 
think a certain Karl Marx would try to tell that what Stalin did had little 
to do with communism).  And you should all come down to my corner of Ohio 
sometime--no one ever refrains from expressing religious beliefs around 
here, no matter how inappropriate the time and place!
