Seat covers and amber fog lamps for 74 GTV?

Hi - I was wondering if anyone knew of a good place to
get some fitted seat covers (non sheepskin) for a 74
GTV. Are they the same seats as Spiders?

Also, I wanted to get amber fog lamp lenses for the
front. Can I buy just the lenses or are they only sold
as they entire lamp?
