Re: Water in trans (Iso Alcohol)
I used to bathe in this stuff as it was used as a deicing agent in DC-3
aircraft (no I ain't that old !!) and we uused it a scleaning agent. But I
ve since been told it is very bad for your bones and is readily absorbed
thru the skin !!

Has anyone suggested isopropal alcohol yet? ie; isoheet or any of its
generic variables.
It "will" mix with water, I don't think it will damage any seals and it will
clean out a lot of gunk.
Also, if you shop around, it's pretty cheap. just dump in a few pints shake
well and drain.
I keep a bunch of it in my garage just for a mild solvent.
You obviously don't need to put it in your gas tank anymore
(at least not here in the midwest with our corn-ohol fuel)
