164 Seat Tracks

I've got the front seats out of the car and, after cleaning the dust and some
crud off the tracks, want to put some lubricant on the tracks.  I couldn't
find a recommendation in the Service Manual and wonder if silicon spray would
be appropriate.  I think that white lithium grease would attract too much dust
and crud.  Any suggestions?
