Flat Rate Repair Cost Question

If anyone has access to a flat rate manual for an Alfetta or GTV6 I'd 
appreciate some advice.

A local shop is quoting 10 hours to replace both rear brake rotors and 
calipers and at the same time to replace the differental axle oil seals. 
This sounds high to me but most all repairs sound high to me.  Is 10 
hours about right for this job?
