Cortina (not Alfa) for sale

Sorry for the off-topic post and I hope it doesn't become a prohibited
thread, but here's a cheap Series II Cortina for sale from Craigslist.org
that could be a fun vintage or 2.5 challenge car with merely the injection
of tons of time and money.  Not my car etc.  I'm unsure what a "parts betty"
is or perhaps betty is the seller.  Looks like North Bay, Calif. area from
the phone number.
